Massive Water Heater Leak

A vacant house needs to have the utilities on before the inspection, but the person turning on the utilities should have access to the house and some basic knowledge of what they are doing. This water heater leaked like this for almost 24 hours before I arrived to do the inspection and turned the water off.

Duct Work Stops A/C Dead!

Air conditioning not working, maybe it is the duct work. This attic was 157 degrees on the afternoon of the inspection. The missing insulation exposed the conditioned air to the heat in the attic. Some of the rooms in the house were just not getting cool.

Gas Line Hazard

An uncapped gas line and a home wiring job beneath the new electric cooktop can be a hazard. Even a small leak at this location and a spark from the electrical connection could ruin a nice home.
