Steve Cook – Lead Inspector
TREC # 8713
Steve is a TREC licensed home inspector who began inspecting residential property in 1992 – with almost 30 years of inspection experience.
Steve is a highly qualified, dedicated, and experienced home inspector. The nearly 30 years of inspections and his long list of happy clients show how much Steve cares about each client, and every home he inspects.
He has undergraduate degrees from Ouachita Baptist University and his Masters from the University of Louisville. From 1992 to 2005 Steve worked as an inspector and program manager for municipal and other government housing programs. Teresa Cook – “The Boss”
Teresa is the backbone of PCC Home Inspections. She runs the office, manages our schedules, and makes sure the ship keeps moving forward steady.
You will likely hear Teresa’s voice when scheduling, or if any help is needed. She is always happy to help our clients with anything they need. Our clients love having Teresa on the team. Her calm demeanor and happy outlook make working with her in our family business a true joy.
Teresa attended Ouachita Baptist University where she met her husband and future “employee”, Steve. After several years working for government housing and consulting companies with Steve, Teresa obtained her paralegal certificate. She spent nine years as a paralegal for family and business law firms before joining Property Condition Consulting as The Boss. She keeps us in line and runs the shop!
Although her title is The Boss; Teresa is also the Marketer in Chief and the Office Queen. When Teresa is not being The Boss she is The Mom to Christopher and Sydney
Dean Freeman – Professional Inspector
TREC # 20548
Dean Freeman has been part of the PCC family since 2012 – and he has been an incredible addition to the team.
Dean has extensive training, knowledge, and experience. Clients often comment on the breadth of his knowledge – which comes from a combination of his “book knowledge” of items, but also his hands-on experience – experience that can’t be taught in a classroom.
One of the things we love most about Dean is his “bedside manner”. He is very patient and calm with homebuyers – especially new ones. He takes the time to answer all of your questions, understand your home, and helps you feel confident in the information you are getting.
Dean has one of the best reputations in the area, and our clients often ask for him specifically by name.
Dean attended Texas Tech in Lubbock, TX before moving to the Dallas Metroplex to become a home inspector.
